Ohio Trail Pass! 

The Ohio Trail Pass is simple. 

1. Check the event calendar. Make sure you can attend a few events. 

2. Purchase your pass, also called the Wolf Pack membership. 

3. Check your confirmation email to verify everything looks good. You do not need to print anything or bring a confirmation. When you attend your first race, your name will be on the VIP list. 

4. Decide which events you want to run. You do not need to register for individual events; once you purchase your pass, you are automatically registered for every 2026 event. 

5. Come to your first event, check in, and tell us what distance you would like to run that day. You will receive all of your membership information at your first race.  

6. All events are timed and scored. We will post times on the day of the race and update scores in the weekly email (weekly during the season and bi-weekly during the off-season).  

7. You will receive your 2026 medal, custom bib, custom sticker (each event), Hammer fueling kit, and welcome bag at your first event. You keep your personalized bib for the season. We distribute custom race stickers at each event.  

8. New this year! Each Pass member gets to distribute two buddy passes to friends and family who have never had a Wolf Pack Pass.  The buddy passes will give your friends/family 80% off an included event. The Pass purchase is free of hidden fees; there are no random upgrade charges, your purchase is encrypted, and we do not sell or distribute your personal information.  

Note: The Fall Pass includes events between September 1 and December 31. The Spring Pass includes all events between January 1 and May 31. The Annual Pass includes all events in the calendar year.
