What times do events start?
Ohio events start at 10 am. Registration opens at 9 am.
What do I get with registration?
Every participant receives a souvenir race medal (Pack Pass members receive one race medal per Pass year), a custom race lanyard, a custom race bib, a custom race sticker, a gel, fizz, tangy candy, aid station support, a certified course, and recorded/published results.
Can I get a refund?
We do not offer refunds; however, we allow runners to defer to another event, another year, or another runner. Simply email us and let us know.
We recommend referring to each product's sizing guide. Trail running shoes often fit differently than road shoes — when in doubt, go up half a size.
Do I get a race shirt?
Race shirts are available at cost in the race store. Race shirts and medals will be shipped to your address on file via Amazon Prime. You do not pick up custom medals or shirts at the event. Shirts are nonrefundable.
